look into migraine equivalents - I have clicking in my head and this is what my neurologist said causes it - while I can't find anything online about it, he specializes in migraines - after two years of searching, he was the first doctor who even mentioned migraine equivalents. Every other doctor I saw didn't have a clue what to say to me. You can have a migraine without pain. I have migraine associated vertigo without headaches - if you google that, you'll find more information on migraine equivalents. Hope this helps!

This thread is great. I've had this symptom all my life, or at least as far back as I can remember. The ironic bit is that my dad is the chief child Neurologist at Texas Children's hospital. I don't know why I've never asked him about it. I suppose I didn't actually think it was that severe. Tomorrow, he's coming to visit me in college. I'm going to mention it then and I'll tell you guys what he thinks.
