look into migraine equivalents - I have clicking in my head and this is what my neurologist said causes it - while I can't find anything online about it, he specializes in migraines - after two years of searching, he was the first doctor who even mentioned migraine equivalents. Every other doctor I saw didn't have a clue what to say to me. You can have a migraine without pain. This thread is great. I've had this symptom all my life, or at least as far back as I can remember. The ironic bit is that my dad is the chief child Neurologist at Texas Children's hospital. I don't know why I've never asked him about it. I suppose I didn't actually think it was that severe. Tomorrow, he's coming to visit me in college. I'm going to mention it then and I'll tell you guys what he thinks.
