look into migraine equivalents - I have clicking in my head and this is what my neurologist said causes it - while I can't find anything online about it, he specializes in migraines - after two years of searching, he was the first doctor who even mentioned migraine equivalents. Every other doctor I saw didn't have a clue what to say to me. You can have a migraine without pain. I have migraine associated vertigo without headaches - if you google that, you'll find more information on migraine equivalents. Hope this helps!
