Q: Lost Soul

I am looking for a support group but have had no luck in doing so and I feel im at the end of my rope here locally there seems to be no help other inpatient or out is there any out there for me.My meds are not getting it done and im lost in a sea of confusion looking in a crowd of people for myself but not finding anything but pain:cry:

When i'm lost, I like to read books about the illness. Support groups only helps a little. Talking to love ones is as effective.
