Q: Fluxuation In Blood Pressure

I am on several meds for high blood pressure and it is fluxuating terribly for a week now. Highest has been 168/104 and the lowest has been 78/47. It changes almost hourly will sitting and doing nothing. Am I in serious trouble. Please help. Thank you
