Q: Bone Pain

I am a 5'4'' 110lb. 40 year old female smoker (i know quit smoking) for a couple of years now I have experienced pain in my lower arm bones or lower leg bones. Only one bone at a time. Recently the attacks are more frequent, last longer and I feel like I can't move my hand or foot depending on which bone is crushing.
The best way to describe it is to say someone put a clamp on the bone and is trying to mash it to powder. I dont have faith in doctors so I would like some suggestions on where I may find information on these symptoms and a natural way to deal with finding a cure, not something to mask the cause and prevent the symptom. Someone please lead me in the right direction. Thank you for your time and attention and for any help that you may be able to give me.

I too thionk you will have to go to see a doctor. Afterall you may find a lot of information on the net itself but for treatment you will need doctor and drugs.
