I've been trying to get pregnant for 3 months now and nothing yet , im 18 and my b/f is 20 works and we are looking into getting our own place , I will be working soon enough but me and him are wanting to make a family . Can you give me any good advise to help me get pregnant , I havent be on b/c in years and only type of protection I have used in the past years was condoms and spermisides , would spermiside affect me getting pregnant ? I would love any advise
