Exercise
Angela, im no doctor. But I know for sure that if you do cardio or any type of exercise that puts your body in challenge, you will feel better. Exercising stabalizes your nerves causing you to be less stressfull. I'v met alot of people that exercise atleast three times a week, they always seem healthy. So if you have anytime, try to jog, drink lots of water and have a good sleep. Sleeping refreshes your mind.
