Okay, i've been strugling with weight for too long now!! I'm not overweight i'm 5'3 ft and 115 to 120 lbs (i haven't weighed in ages but it never changes much... Sigh), but I still wanna lose like 10 to 15 pounds and now i'm just deciding to stick to my diet and exercise again. Well since i've been doing this on and off for ages i'm really getting sick of nothing happening. So this is my plan, well I bicycle to and from school for an hour together. In the evening I work out for about an hour intensively 6 hours a week. And I will zigzag my calories anywhere from 1100 to 1600 kcal a day. Now I don't feel like waiting until I don't see any results and give up... So is there anything that could speed up the process? Stuff that will allow me to burn the fat faster and speed up my metabolism (cos it's really ****ed up)? I was thinking of buying zantrex-3 on monday (stores are closed here on sunday, that is so lame!!) and i'm gonna go on a carb blocker, cla, will take omega3-6 supplements and erm maybe get a fat blocker? Any info on the weight loss aid pills greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Ps: I also have some other supplements lying at home that I will probably used. These aren't diet pills or anything they're fish oil and all kinds of oil supplements, multi-vitamins, vitamine b2-12 (i think) vitamins, hair nail and skin supplements, oyster supplements (energy), q10 supplements (energy), mineral supplements (calcium, zinc, magnesium), iron, omega 3 pills, hmmm well that's basically it I think. I'll be taking these pills as well.

Also: my father is turkish so when I first got to this school I felt obliged to tell people i'm muslim since a lot of my classmates were and all turks are muslim. I'm not really muslim though, I have no idea what the qu'ran says and I haven't been raised by my father but this aside. Now ramadam is starting next wednesday so i'm gonna have to not eat at school. So my plan was to have a bigger breakfast (say, around 250 calories?), then have these yogurt drinks on the bathroom so while at school I will get in about two drinks are about 50 kcal... Then when I get home i'll have about another 400 calories (from 5pm till 7 pm), then when I get back from the gym i'll have a post-workout meal which is about 200 kcal. Together this is about 1000 kcal. So this is on monday, tuesday and friday. On wednesday and thursday i'm home early so i'll have breakfast (250 kcal), yogurt drink (30 kcal), and i'll have like 600 kcal between 1 pm and 6 pm at home. Then i'll have a post-workout meal of 250 kcal. So this adds up to about 1200 kcal.... Sounds good? I'll have a refeed-day I guess on saturday where I will take in about 1800 kcal. Maybe on like wednesday I will get in 1500 kcal because I don't want my metabolism to suffer to much... Aah I so want this weight gone. It's gonna work this time, i'm not gonna break.............Phew!! Well thanks you guys y'all rock! Sorry for this long story lol. Oh yeah, any other suggestions on things I can eat in the bathroom which nobody will hear me eat and won't smell either? Thanks!!

Ps ps: now i'm confused... Which ones should I used? Zantrex-3 or stackers? Like which stackers like stacker 2 or something?
