Q: Breast Pain

I'm 16 years old and I have been having breast pain in both breasts now for a few weeks. It occurs randomly and at varied times in the day, sometimes it is stabbing pains and occasionly a slight burning/sore irratation. It occurs it both breasts, usually not at the same time, does anyone know what this might be? I don't have any lumps as far as I know
i'm very worried
