In the past week or so, I have noticed that I dont get a full erection. Not even my random erections are full rthey are around 88% of a full thing. I am 20 years old and have really bad anxiety as I am told by my doctors. I havent mentioned this problem to my doctor yet, what could this be, im only 20. Could it be my anxiety or maybe stress.

your problem with not always getting a "full" erection is not at all uncommon. Being tired or stressed or even nervous can all cause you to not become fully erect. Once this happens once this can create performance anxiety that makes you even more nervous making your erection even less full or maybe even causing you to loose your erection during sex. My doctor recommend I take either a drug or supplement to alleviate the stress so that my performance anxiety did not become worse and sure enough it worked. My doctor offered to give me a viagra prescription but when he told me how much it would cost (something like $18 per pill) he said that I could also get the same results using one of the herbal equivelant supplements. The doctor recommended stamina rx which works really well.
it helped me work through my problem and now I don't need it and I get rock hard again on my own. However, I keep some around for whenever I have a big night coming up and want to make sure that I am going to give a top performance.

thanks for responding.

The number of spontaneous erections you get is reduced the more you ejaculate. Simply adjusting your masturbation/ejaculation habits will likely make a difference. Try cutting back ejaculationg to a few times a week (3-4). Each time you ejaculate, prolactin hormone, phenylethylamine (also found in chocolate) and endorphins are released from the body. It takes several days (48-72 hrs.) for your body to recover from the loss of these chemicals. Lack of these chemicals may result in cravings and mild depression which in turn would decrease the number of erections you have and how strong they are.

No, I doubt it. The whole chocolate thing is just what my source said. Don't get me wrong, I didn't say to stop masturbating, I just said to reduce it. Remember, regular ejaculation is very important in keeping your prostate healthy.
