:d hello well I have read alot of the other stories and I could not connect with any of them I was pregnant at age 14. I had my son 3 months after I turned 15 I love my son to this date I do, he is the light of my life but it has been so hard to get to the point where I am right now my parents did not support me she (my mom) kicked me out. So out of options I moved in with my babys father that has been okay until now that I realized that I am not happy with him and I can not live with him the rest of my life. I am 19 now I will be graduating and receiving my pharmacy tech certification in june 2006 so then I know I could support my baby.

Any way the point of my story is that even though having a child at 13,14or even 15 may seem like a fun walk in the park there is road blocks but things can be done if you are already pregnant keep going think positive and you will suceed, but if you are a teen and you are not pregnant enjoy life because god will give you a child when he thinks you are ready.
I am sorry if I bore anyone

You arent boring me! I think that was one of the most real things that ive heard in here yet. Way to go for telling it like it is and really.... Alot of girls should here it. There are alot of girls in here who are ttc and they are sooo young (13, 14, 15, ...)i think that all of us should be responsable...But sh*t does happen. I just hope that girls will listen to what u have to say considering you've been through it. Congratulations on graduating and your pt certification!!!! Alot better than I have faith in for myself.

To be totally honest, I dont think anyones opinion affects any young girl who wants to have a baby, none of our opinions matter, until they have a baby and find out how hard it is for theirselves.

But her telling girls she had a baby at a young age just makes them think it's okay.

Some girls dont even care how hard it is, they just want a baby.

okay life isnt that bad kids are extremely hard work though, if both of u are hungry the child comes first in everything and if you have to stay up 24 hrs because they are sick you do it but there are benefits. The only thing with being a teen mom is dad may not stay around as he want a life to live. I got married at 18 and had a child at 19 i'm a little bit more mature but if it wasnt for dad I wouldnt be able to do it. Im 21 now and expecting # 2 but I have a job and a house as well as my partner, im not trying to say not do it some ppl are meant for it but you should think it through first.

My daughter is a really good kid but the first 2 months killed waking up every 2 hrs sucked, and when their sick they cry and theirs nothing you can do to alleviate any of it but hold them and love them while they scream in ur ear lol!!! Honestly I enjoy it now cause she starting to talk and sing but you have to help them grow to this stage read up on kids before having them............

You might think I am trying to tell other teens that it is okay but when I was still in high school I would go and talk to the other teens about teen parents you know from the lower grades and after hearing mine and other teen parents stories they would brake out in tears and talk to us about ways that they could prevent our present being their future.I am not trying to make it seem like it is or was easy because trust me it wasnt but I would not trade the experience for anything.I actually admire teens that like me went through with having their baby and are now raising them instead of killing them through abortion or giving them up for adoption and wondering for the rest of their life what happened to my child. Not that I am againts adoption I am just saying it would drive me crazy to know that my blood was out there somewhere with out me.
