Hi,

i am a 29 year old female who has chronic lower back pain. I have seen a chiropractor in the past who noted that I had a lordosis-- an excessive curvature in the lower spine.

I am wondering if anyone has this condition and has found ways to alleviate pain and reduce the lordosis. I am very active, I run about 20 miles a week and lift weights twice a week. So far the pain has notsignificantly impacted my daily activities but it seems to be getting worse.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
