Heart Disease and Heart Attack Forum - Heart Not Pumping As Strong Help!

For the last couple weeks I have intermittent head pressure. Pressure would be around the face, temples, and base of head. I don't know if that has anything to do with this but..

For the last couple days it feels like my heart is pumping with less intensity. I could always feel a hard pulse in my hands and stomach but now that pulse is weaker and my blood pressure is down from normal by about 10. I am also sluggish and tired.

Anybody have any ideas whats going on?

Also I should note some mild ringing in my left ear and some pain in the left base on the back of my head.
