Q: Sore Throat - Tonsils Removed

Hi there !

Is there anyone that knows if one can still have a sore throat even though the tonsils have been removed ? Removed 5 years ago approximately.

Please advise.

Yep

I still would have thought that you could still get a sore throat even with out your tonsils.

My sister is constantly sick with what ever bug thats going around. Many a time she has had the flu and complained about a sore throat and she had hers out years ago!!

You might be just coming down with something!!
