I am 25 years old, I have passed out about 4 times in my life time. I have seen my doctors and they have suggested that its normal among women my age. Lately as evening approaches I get the feeling that a faint is coming on and everything around me feels really weird, but I try to catch my breath and it goes away. And afterwords, I get this major sensation to have bowel movement. I have had blood and urine tests done and they have all been normal. I don't know if this is stress related, but it is starting to affect my lifestyle, for I avoid going to the movies, or just dinner or anything that requires me to sit, for it happens when i'm sitting or concentrating on somthing. Recently I have been under a lot of stress, and wondering if that could be it.
Please let me know if anyone else feels the same way. Anything will help
thank you

Do you still pass out?
Is passing out provoked by some psycho-emotional event?
Did all those "passing out"-events happened in public in front of other people or when you were alone?

This used to happen to me too, but I was 20 at the time. I would just be walking and then fall to the ground and pass out. It happened out on an island one time and EMS had to come by boat. Very embarrassing.
The doctors have done numerous tests but all they can come up with is syncope.
