If this is not the righ topic or has already been discussed please delete this and point me in the direction of where it is.. Thank you very much.
One year while I was in ms (mississippi) ( I think last christmas or so) I was laying on the floor looking up at the cieling trying to sleep (i've never really been able to sleep anyways) and suddenly when I breathed in I felt a terrible pain go throughout my body. It felt as though someone hit me in the stomach and everytime I tried to get up the same affect would occur. I finally sat up and the pain of breathign still occured but I no longer felt the pressure of the wind being knocked out of me.
Now days whenever I run, do push ups, or sit ups for phy ed the same affect occurs to the point where I start to cough. When I lay on the floor for a bit I usually can't get up until I have the strength to roll over onto my stomach and quickly get up before I feel anything. When I lay on my back I can't get up cuz the feeling jolts through me, but if I lay on my stomach my lower back starts screaming. I can't jump on a trampoline anymore nor can I do cartwheels or a lot of running around.
I also noticed that when I get really depressed the same feeling just kinda stays dormant inside for a long time until something happens to bring me back up...If it gets too bad I start coughing and I can't breathe. In a way it feels as though my back is knocking the wind out of me?
Any clues? Or did I lose ya guys?
