Q: Help With Workout Please

I was just wondering i've been working out for several months and noticed my friends who work out have like rock solid muscles and I don't for some reason why could this be I seem to work out more than they do :!:

Well they may be on "enhancments" or you may not be on the right diet to aid muscle growth.

Ideally you need to have some carbs about 2 hours befoe r your work out and after the work out to consume protien to help with the muscle growth and development.

But really.. Dont ever resort to steriods as a quick fix.. As the minute you stop takign them the muslce mass goes and you are back to square one.. And with a damaged liver!
