Q: My Spine Is Quit Flexible, What Exercise to Have Strong Back

I'm 5'8, into weighttraining and exercising, and feel like I have a problem with my back. It's quite flexible, and i'd like to have a stronger back to or whatever muscle to help my spine feel more comfortable. Is there any exercises that I can incorporate into my workout to straighten out my back? Thanks in advance.

There are a number of exercises you can do for your back.

Lat pulldowns
seated rows
reverse flys
most gyms have a machine that lets you sit down and push back on a lever to work your lower back.

Also, working your abs is very important to maintaining a strong core and healthy back. Usually if you think your back is weak, it's because your abs are weak.
