Q: Herpes?!?!?! Help Me Plz

 alright, here goes. I am 17 right now and i've only had sex with two different people. Last summer I went on a camping trip with my best friend and his friends. [let me zoom to the point] I slept with a girl and after about 2 months I started to notice skin colored bumps that dont hurt at all on my shaft, but it feels like there is something inside :(. So ever since I have tried my hardest to not "go all the way" with a girl for fear that I might have 'herpes'. I am too scared to go to a doctor because of my parents. My parents would flip if they found out I was having sex, let alone getting a std. Is there anyway I can get help without keeping my parents informed? Of course I would tell them if I got tested for it and acctually had it.

They are mostly around the base of the shaft, but I recently started to feel them growing close to the head.

above are some links to sites with information and/or symptoms or herpes. I beleive there are places that you can go that would be specialized in this field and it wouldn't be like going to your family doctor. The question is... Where? Anyone else got any ideas?

Hey man,
i am 17 years old also and know some of the anxiety you might be going through.. What you are describing sounds like (sebacous pominince) those would be on the shaft and if you see some sall ones on the head of your penis in lines and what not those are ( pearly penile papules) search those two things.

Well, I think I can relieve some of your worry. I have herpies, & what u are describing doesn't sound like herpies at all. Herpies itch & hurt either in this order,or soon after. It is uncomfortable when clothes touch the bumps. The bumps are small pinkish looking. It is also painful during intercourse. These in a woman would be located somewhere around the outside of the outer lips toward the vagina, or elsewhere if during oral sex. In a man it's most often on the shaft of the penis below the head although it can be elsewhere, such as near the sack. Hope this helps.

Sorry, I forgot to mention this. After sleeping w/either one of the girls, did you remember getting sick (like a fever, or just didn't feel like normal?) getting sick 3 days after intercourse, then later the bumps is usually how herpes works.
