Story:

i broke my arm by getting kicked by a horse 2 years ago. I had it plated back together and had it taken out on 21st july.
When the plate came out there were 7 holes in my arm and I was left with a dressing and bandage for 10 days which supported it and once that was gone I had a tubegrip.

I am a carer for children with severe disabilities and my work is fairly physically stressful, lots of rolling , sliding, lifting etc.

I the last few weeks ihave noticed pain when I am doign activities with the kids that involved me taking wright on my arm and there is a singular place on it wheere if I push it hutrs, not enough to make me cry but enough for me to curse and swear for a bit.

But if I leave it be there is no pain.

Any ideas what this could be if not a stress fracture and what I shoudl do about it.
