Accidentally Took 2 And Bleeding

I have been having a very big problem im on ortho lo and I had my period at the beginning of the dark blue and lasted till the end of the white n I dont have my period for a month and then it comes back im confused on whats happening im on my 3 month so I figured everything would be regulated by now and today I started my first white pill and I accidentally took 2 and the 2nd one I took was the last white pill on accident I wasnt looking at what I was doing ,...... Please help idk what to do!!!!
