After I had this bad cold I started getting bad sinus pressure around my eyes.I get lots of pressure all the time. Well, at the same time I get bad migraines when my head just jolts to one side or even a simple shake. So when I would get this pressure around my eyes my migraine would start. I would get pain on either back side of head and then throbbing up and down my head. I also get neck pain like a stiffness. This pain gets so strong that my eyes feel like popping out of my head   . My doctor had xrayed my head and told me that all my sinus cavities were filled. After giving me some prescribed pills I still get the pain. Now, I have a baby and I breast feed and I can't take anything to stop the pain from my sinus or migraines. I do take tylenol but that just barely takes the edge off. The pain would go away for a few minutes.
I wonder if I get my sinus cavities drained would I at least stop getting migraines that come with the pressure....? :?:

Ive been dealing with this also for about 3 years and even had sinus surgery 2 yrs ago wich did absolutly nothing to help. My md put me on midrin which helps also excedrin migrain helps a great deal but if you want real pain relief you will have to wait untill you are finished nursing until then try lying in a dark quite room take your tylenol with a cup of coffee if you take caffinne while nursin some do it helps a lot the caffine dilates the vessals and allows more blood to the brain which decreases the pain also try ice pack to the face and head hope I could help let me know
