Hi! My name is scott and I am a runner. I avg about 30miles a week, and need some advice on nutrition. I am 16yrs. Old, 120 pounds. I currently take three vitamins. 1-centrum performance, 2-potassium glucomate, and 3- time released (4-6hrs) vitiman b. I was wondering what is the best time to take these. Ive heard about splitting the centrum multivitamin per meal. Is it just fine to take all these after breakfast or is there a better way. Can anybody recommend a good plan to consume these vitimans?

Scott,

you sre on the right track but you are using the wrong shoes. I have been on hale supplements for about a month and have noticed a huge differance. Try this website and compare the ingredients and most importantly the amount of the ingredients.

Hi scott. First when u run u loose energy. U have to recover it. Plus u run often, then u need alot of energy. U are already slim as I understand (being 120pounds). So u can't afford loosing any of the remaining fat u have, u need it! ;)
so, when u are done running, u need to eat\drink energy and proteins. For the proteins a good milk and some eggs will do the job u you? Just looks what's in the eggs and in the milk, u will be astonished. Then for the energy. Sugar is energy. U can try the crapy white suggar in the donuts, but hmm.. Not very good. U need naturals suggar or at least some so called "good-sugar". U can have those from fruits( bananas are good for they contain lota potassium which will help you for the "crampe au mollet" (sorry my english is rusty).)
so let's see. U need to eat smthing with proteins, to regenate u'r muscle. If you do not, u'r body will do it for you, and he will take the proteins...In u'r muscle which will make u ever skinner ^_-. Next, u need to replace the fat (here cmoe the milks). Second, energy, sugar. Sugar is energy right here, right now while fat is for long exercise periods. Running 30 miles a weeks isn't alot but u still need some fat "or glucyde to looks kewl", in order to have the energy to do the training to it's end. I am a runner too, and I run often 21 kilometer on a single trips. I do this 3-4 times a weeks and I do not use any vitamins and I do not get hurt. The important is to keep equilibrate and to listen yo your body. When u do a hard job, then u must feed the body with energy. It's the same when u use a car. When u drive for a liong time, the essence goes down. U have to refill. Same here. Just choose the good carubrant. Vitamins and supplement are nthing than u can't find in regular alimentation, for a lowest cost and a better absorption.
