i would say learn to exercise your pc
muscle by doing kegels. Once your pc
muscle becomes strong enough, you can not
only use it to orgasm without ejaculating,
but you can also just contract it slightly
when your about to orgasm/ejaculate to
have some awesome intense orgasms! Just
remember; when doing kegels, it won't do
you any good if your contracting any other
muscles while you contract your pc muscle.

Hi there, I will try my best to help but
will require more info.
First of all I suggest you do not try the
pc muscle flexes especially when your
sexual functions are weak as pc muscle
flexes builds the prostate muscle and
causes dht to be trapped there which
causes p.E
i use to these pc muscle exrecises 200
reps, three times a day. I would do when
urinating, when penis was erect and even
during ejaculation for as long as
possible. It has caused prostate
enlargement, p.E=premature ejaculation and

Ok try and limit your ejaculation to 2
times a week and no more for
3-6 months.

May I ask when did you start masturbating?
I started chronic masturbating twice a
day since age 11 and have suffered severe
headaches after each ejaculation session,
