Q: Ebbing of Pleasure

I remember when I started masturbating and occasionally having sex four years ago, the pleasure at orgasm was rediculously high and felt like I had electricity running down one of my legs, even, for an instant. Since then, the pleasure has ebbed considerably so that nowadays masturbation seems a hassle; I work for a good while, sometimes wasting hours in the effort, and am rewarded with but a short warm sensation that leaves me feeling empty and unsatisfied afterwards. I don't masturbate so often that my nerves would be messed up, only about five times a week, but I don't know what else could be wrong. The pleasure has always been greater during sex, but now it's only marginally so, and it's affecting my confidence and emotions now, making even sex seem pointless. Anyone got anything useful at all? I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else before. Oh, i'm 17 currently.

i would say learn to exercise your pc muscle by doing kegels. Once your pc muscle becomes strong enough, you can not only use it to orgasm without ejaculating, but you can also just contract it slightly when your about to orgasm/ejaculate to have some awesome intense orgasms! Just remember; when doing kegels, it won't do you any good if your contracting any other muscles while you contract your pc muscle.

Hi there, I will try my best to help but will require more info.


First of all I suggest you do not try the pc muscle flexes especially when your sexual functions are weak as pc muscle flexes builds the prostate muscle and causes dht to be trapped there which causes p.E

i use to these pc muscle exrecises 200 reps, three times a day. I would do when urinating, when penis was erect and even during ejaculation for as long as possible. It has caused prostate enlargement, p.E=premature ejaculation and essessive precum leakage after any slight stimulation on the uretha which I have to avoid now.


Ok try and limit your ejaculation to 2 times a week and no more for
3-6 months.


Also try taking daily

fish oil 3000mg
borage oil 3000mg
1500mg l-arginine

prostaglandin e1 which allows for more spontaneous longer and harder erections. It also increases ejaculation refractory time by increasing your semen production rate and semen quantity.

May I ask when did you start masturbating? I started chronic masturbating twice a day since age 11 and have suffered severe headaches after each ejaculation session, eye floaters, lack of energy, chronic fatigue syndrome and many more from it.


Also do you drink alcohol alot? Take any drugs?

Try to add more seafood to your diet as this will help you get back to your sexual peak.


So I suggest you limit it to back to twice a week of masturbation and ejaculation frequency. Your still very young so I think you will easily recover your sexual peak with natural healing. Let me know how ya get on.
