Mine started about 3yrs ago with like a burning sensation under the right rib right in the middle that would come and go. Then when I fell pregnant with my daughter last may boy thats when things really kicked in. Ive had variuos tummy problems like constipation, neausea. Now my whole tummy hurts. Ive also had upper back pain now constantly since the pregnacy which is really painful, and I also get a what feels like ache under the rib. Ive had two ultrasounds done and they have both been clear. I get pain when I push on the right side and I can feel it in my right side upper back. But I also get pain if I gently push aroung the belly button that whole area seems to be tender as well. Please can u give me some advise

I Bet It Is
4 years ago I started having weak ache's, bloating on my right side, it feels hard. I always have had chronic belching after eating like I am not digesting overly great, though most of the time, I don't have a vomitting attack unless I get glutton and over eat something like pizza, meatball in spagetti or liquor/wine. Matter of fact, over indulging in the sauce has caused 2/3 of my "gallbladder" attacks to date lol with the other happening 2 weeks ago, fatty meatballs in spagetti.

Typically I just start exercising to lose weight and east a can of whole beets over a period, and it gets signifigently better. Though, your condition sounds more advanced than mine, better get it checked with some different tests.
