Q: Naval/belly Button Pain!

I am having sharp pain in the belly button. I can't sleep properly as the tummy hurts due to the belly button pain. I can't sleep face down or even squat down... Any idea what is the problem?

Is this more on your right, or left side?

It's in the center part. Thus whether I turn left or right and sleep, it freaking painful till I get into a proper position.

So what could be causing it?
