For a while now I have been getting bad headaches, been fatigued, feel warm/hot and sweat in the middle ofthe night when others are cool, and my heart rate is faster then normal. Also my stomach is upset and I am having bad nausea. Some people tell me I may have a thyroid issue, and some say I may have an ulcer (because of the stmache issue). Does anyone have any suggestions for me?? I am getting a bit nervous here on what is wrong

You sound like you need to have a full blood screening. I have similar symtons to you . It could be hormones, thyriod, glandular? Or just stress. Without the blood test it hard to know. But do see your doctor if you haven't . I had to see several doctors to find one who understood what I been going through. Don't loss hope. You'll find the answers.

I am 26 years old. I went to my doctor, had pelvic and stomache ultrasounds, some blood work, and ekg and exrays. So far nothing popped up. The one thing we think that may be causing the issue is I take ibuprofen for my headaches because that is the only thing that works. He mentioned that some of the symptoms that I mentioned and some others could be caused by the use of ibuprofen and had me go off of it. He presribed something for my headaches and aciphex for my stomache issues. So far the aciphex has worked wonderfully. I told him about my heart rate and such and he said that the ekg was normal and he saw nothing wrong with the results and when he took my heart rate he was not concerned.

Symptoms have slowed a bit so we will see how things go.
