I have just brought tahitian noni juice after it was referred to me by a friend. However I want to know: does it really work? Does it have all the health benefits that it states? I tried to search on the internet but all I turn up are the companies that sell them. Thanks!

All I can tell you is that I bought it but in typical me fashion never used it but I do know several people who aren't sellers who think it's great I suspect it really depends on your overall diet & exercise as much as on the juice itself.

Noni Juice
Noni juice does have many health benefits and there have backed up their claims with a ton of scientific research. If you're going to take noni, I recommend purchasing it from a distributor. There are many other impersonators on the market and many of them contain a huge amount of sugar - check the labels. Another source for a fabulous health tonic is called berry young juice.

hope this helps!

Re: Noni Juice
Noni is the fruit of momordica charantia
which is known by other names in asia as a vegetable
as ampalaya , fu gua,and also karela in india.

The only significant substance it contains that
are distinct to charantia are polypeptides
which actually resemble insulin, yes insulin
which is produced by the body to regulate
glucose.
As such it therefore also acts like insulin.

I've been drinking noni for 3 years. I drink it every morning and it gives me a great boost of energy. I don't drink coffee so it works for me. It doesn't do anything for my depression but it does keep me from getting sick. I hardly ever get colds. I think it really does help boost your immune system.

If taking noni -save your money. At any vitamin store they have noni vitamins in caplets. This way it is much, much cheaper and you don't have to drink it, because it tastes really gross. And the caplets have the same benefits as the juice.

I definately wouldn't put noni in your eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone has problems with their eyes, go to your doctor! Don't start putting non-fda recommended herbs in them!
