Q: Funny Feeling In My Ear

I had a virus about 4 weeks ago big cold sore the lot.
Achy bones off food had a funny sensation in one ear someone was talking to me and they went all echoey and had like a rining in my ear.
Then it went back to normal but left ears feeling blocked so had them shringed but right ear still is getting funny sensation in it. I am not deaf or in pain but it is like tickles and when I have been talking loud it seems to go worse.
What do you think it is anyone I have had blood tests and ears are clear now and all those results are normal.
