What do u think r the causes of having pimple at my back and just above my breast?

Oily skin. That's it. Lots of people get pimples on their bodies, it's totally normal. Horomonal changes may be affecting the composition of the oils in your skin. That's why kids develop acne when they hit puberty and their horomones go wacky.
