I'm having a problem with my left testicle. I've noticed occasionally a dull pain for a couple of years, but nothing continuous or serious enough for me to pay much attention to. But more recently it has become more consistent, although still nothing debilitating. One bit that concerns me: when I tense my stomach muscles, only my right testicle raises up, and the left one mostly stays put. Also, it seems like all of the epidydemis, the wormy stuff, is on the left side. Thoughts?
