Q: Ra & Tuberculosis - New Study

Just wondering if anyone has read the study in the annals of rheumatic diseases in relation to ra therapy & the tst?

Basically it says that they conclude that ppd skin testing should not be used to diagnose latent tuberculosis infection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Should we be concerned??
What are the other options given that all tnf manufacturers recommend a test for ltbi before starting treatment??
