Can you be a little more specific perhaps? After a bit of research I found out that in many cases this is due to nerve damage in the head of the penis. Does it only happen when you give him oral, or is it whenever he ejaculates? If he's worried about it, he really should see his doctor.

It's just after I give him oral, not every time he ejaculates.

I don't know for sure, but based on my knowledge, and what I researched, I would say that it sounds like nerve damage of some sort. Many of the places I searched suggested that it was an std, but I dono if I buy that considering it's only when you give him oral. If I find anything else i'll let you know. Like I said before, if he's worried about it, he should visit his doctor.
