Hi I am a 27 yrs male . I have these problem few years back, but it has gotten worse recently. Everytime I wake up I feel like vomitting, nauseus. So I keep swallowing my saliva and clearing my throat till it gets sore to hold back the feeling. And I always keep taking sweets to hold back something that wants to come out. Sweets after sweets. Sometimes I would just belge out air on an empty stomach or vomit out my breakfast. And all the nauseus feeling would stop. Seen a doctor few mths back he said it was acid reflux. On and off it comes. I hope someone would give me some advice. Or have the simliar encounter to share with me. Thanks

Do you get up rapidly when you wake up? Waking up then getting up right away and walking around/begining activity without resting a minute or two after waking up often causes the problem you are describing.
