Hi I am a 27 yrs male . I have these problem few years back, but it has gotten worse recently.

Everytime I wake up I feel like vomitting, nauseus. So I keep swallowing my saliva and clearing my throat till it gets sore to hold back the feeling.
And I always keep taking sweets to hold back something that wants to come out. Sweets after sweets.

Sometimes I would just belge out air on an empty stomach or vomit out my breakfast. And all the nauseus feeling would stop. Seen a doctor few mths back he said it was acid reflux. On and off it comes. I hope someone would give me some advice. Or have the simliar encounter to share with me. Thanks

Does this only happen in the morning?
It could be stress or just a build up of gas while you're sleeping and be enough to cause you to be sick in the morning. Perhaps changing your diet , not eating at all after 4 or 5 pm, taking an anti-gas medication or a relaxing herbal tea.

Try one method at a time and see if you have any improvement after each one.

I also like ginger for any kind of nausea. It's spicy, but it works.

So if you said you don't have a job, it is probably your nerves. Because I know when I am stressed or worried about something I feel physically ill. My stomach turns and sometimes I throw up. Also though in high school I used to throw up to try to get attention, but thats probably not your case. Try drinking ginger ale when you wake up, and eat crackers.
