Q: Klear Action

Has anyone tried the klear action stuff

its alot cheaper than the proactive which im using now, my proactive stuff ends up costing me around the same amount of money I get paid in a week (im only 16) I need something cheaper that has the same effect...

I also live in australia, is there anyway I can purchase klear action from over hear?

Any advice is welcome :)
