Q: Little Bumps

Hi. In the last couple months, ive been getting these very small, shiny, round bumps around my genitals. They dont hurt, or itch or cause any discomfort at all, but keep appearing and dont seem to be going away. Every once and awhile a bump will become engorged and triples in size. When this happens, it than become very painful. Its quite embarrasing and I havent gone to see a doctor yet because I dont know how serious it could be. If someone could tell me what it might be, it would be a great relief just to know. Thanks.

Active User, very eHealthy
I don't know what is is. I have a lump in my grion right now.... I noticed it over a month ago, and went to see my doctor. It didn't hurt and it was the size of a pea. Over the course of a month in shrink a bit in size, but over the weekend, I noticed it again because it became painful, and it was alot bigger than before. I went to my doc this mroning, and she gave me a blood test requisition, for lympoma (sp) I am scared shitless, but I am glas she is taking all the precautions necessary. She said it could very well be a ingrown hair, or infected hair folicle.
