Hey guys , you might remember me from
about a month back, i'm 20 and I was
having ed for the past five years or so,
erections just got weaker and weaker
well, I decided to try an experiemnt; I
got off of porn for two weeks and began
taking fish oil that I bought at target
every morning (1000 mg);
the result, my erections have been harder
than they've been in years, I am confident
I can now get it up

Thedarko, its good to hear a success.
Im new here, just joined now. Im 22 and
have had erection problems for around 4-5
years although its hard to pinpoint an
exact date.
I can get an erection either by myself or
with a girl, however, either way my
erections are not anywhere near as hard as
they were when I was younger and a lot of
the time they are not hard enough for
intercourse.
I need to get this sorted but im pretty
scared of going to the gp incase he cant
find anything wrong and he says its all in
my head. Which it definetly isnt!
Thedarko - can I ask if your problem is
similar to mine? Also how much fish oil
and how often do you take them. How long
have you been taking them and how dramatic
are the results?
Sorry for all the questions and I
appreciate any replys very very much!
Many thanks :)

My ed was more of a slow process, my
erections were getting weaker every time
i take the fish oil every morning (1,000
mg)
before I took the fish oil I could get
weak erections but I felt I was missing
someting
now, about 2 weeks into the fish oil, my
erections are a lot stronger, I don't know
how to describe it, I don't have to work
as hard to achieve them,
i suggest trying out the fish oil, it
certainly can't hurt
i was like you, I was gonna go to the
doctor but I decided to try fish oil and
certainly enough, it worked
good luck

Hi thedarko !
Its great to hear your problems are much
better.
For everyone who wants a stronger erection
and also to produce more semen quantity,
just try the following as I mentioned in
the last page:
in order to produce a spontaneous, harder
and longer erection you must produce more
prostaglandin e1 in your penile tissues
and by taking daily
3000mg fish oil
3000mg borage oil
1500mg l-arginine
all daily. There is other cheap
supplements which you can add to help with
erection strength and stamina.
Thedarko: bout 2 weeks into the fish oil,
my erections are a lot stronger, I don't
know how to describe it, I don't have to
work as hard to achieve them,
what this means, is that your erection is
much more natural and spontaneous and you
dont need to work hard to get one.
Nice puns in there :)
you will soon seen daily long, hard
morning erections. Perfect for sex ! :)
also if you take 1000-3000mg of
borage/evening primose oil it will furthur
increase the spontaneous hard erections.
They both produce prostangladin e-1 as
your body naturally converts it into.
What is prostangladin e-1 you ask ?
It produces the elastically effect in your
local penile tissues to allow it to
expand more.
Another great secret I will share with you
guys.
Try doing a daily massage with
borage/evening/fish oil and you will
see some rather surprising results :) to
quicken the results, try to limit your
ejaculation frequenzy to twice a week. I
know guys, its difficult but
trust me its worth it big time !!
Cheers !

Thanks learn4life. Im gonna head down to
the health shop today and start taking the
supplements.
Also, what are the other cheap supplements
your mentioned that may help? Ive heard
zinc is helpful?
Are there any dangers with taking too many
supplements or too much of one
supplement?
Many thanks :)

Learn4life -
ive just got the capsules you said. The
fish oil is fine, it says take up to 3
capsules a day (3000mg) but the l-arginine
and the evening primrose say only take one
capsule which are 500mg's. It says dont
exceed the stated dose.
Will exceeding this dose have any effect?
It wouldnt be there for no reason
surely?
Many thanks :)

Also, ive just checked out the Dr.Lin's
webpage. Are these products worth the
money?
If they work I would buy them but im sure
theres probably a lot of products on the
market that do not work?
Learn4life - you say you have been using
the vip cream? How well does this work?
Have you been taking anything else apart
from this and the supplements above?
Can I ask what you situation was and now
is?
Many thanks :)

I strongly recommend against using topical
creams to
cure any sexual issues, impotence or
erection dysfunction.
While most topical creams simply do not
work, some can
actually damage your genitals or
experience other
unpleasant side-effects such as burning,
skin irritation,
allergies etc.

for the record. I have been using vip
cream for many years and it does not cause
damage at all.
(just incase anyone gets confused with vip
cream being related to topical creams)
my advice is look at the ingreidients in
the creams to determine the effects rather
than judging all topical creams.
So what ingriedients does your primal x
formula contain?

I thought that the supposed powers of
yohimbe had pretty much been dismissed as
a myth (never tried it myself). Anybody
else?

learn4life:
i have been taking these pills from
walgreens, 800mg of fish oil and 800mg of
"borage seed oil" in them (is that ok,
seed oil?) 3 pills a day. Also got some
500mg l-arginine.
Anyway, being married I know with 90%
certainty that sat & sun are the days
I have a chance. Do I need to take the
l-arginine daily anyway or can I
just take it like thu-sun or something
like that? That's alot of pills to take
if it's for no reason!
Thanks

hey there, thanks for asking for my
advice. I will try to offer you something
beneficial.
The fish oil : please could you let me
know the epa amount ?
The borage oil : could you let me know the
gla amount ?
It should be on the container.
Note: if you can found the liquid formula
it is much cheaper.
The amount of the oils is fine and is ok
to start at that amount as it shouldnt
affect your digestive system.
With l-arginine you can start with 1gram
if you like as the toxic threshold is much
higher.
You asked :
do I need to take the l-arginine
daily anyway or can I just take it like
thu-sun or something like that? That's

A. You wouldnt of bought the pills
without a reason :) now the reason has to
be helpful which you are finding out if it
is.
I would start taking 1g daily and notice
any no effects. No = nitric oxide. The
oxygen around the local penile area should
convert it to no the erectile
neurotransmitter.
It should provide a longer lasting
erection. If you work out with weights I
would take at least 2g. Same if the 1g
isnt really benefiting you.
The fish oils should be taking after a
meal as it is a fat soluble and the
l-arginine(no) should be taking on an
empty stomach.
Let us know what your experiences are.

Thanks learn4life
what I meant about the arginine is...Is it
a cumulative thing, take it everyday for
results? Or can it sort of be taken as
needed (ex: like viagra). From your
response I gather that it's a cumulative
thing to take everyday.
-----------------------------------------
to answer the content question:
fish oil epa 264mg
borage seed oil gla 160mg
there's alot of other stuff on here that
doesn't mean much to me but here is the
label (scroll down a little):
i only bought these because it had both
borage and fish oil and alot of it. If
you think these are crap I can get
something else, just don't know what to
look for.
Thanks! :d

no problem :)
the link brings me to a page which says :
we're sorry, but we were unable to
complete your request.
If you give me the name of the fish/borage
oil... I could check it out for you.
L-arginine should be taking daily for best
results as it is an amino acid and not a
drug. If you are sexually healthy as in
your
dopamine,serototin,acetylcholine,liver
functions, testostorone levels are all
normal then you should see some changes
within a week.
You should expect to see more spontaneous
and morning erections.
If not then let me know as your other
sexual functions could be lacking.
If your going to make love with your wife
during the weekend then try to practise it
during morning as this is when your
testostorone is at its peak.
Also your stress levels is at its lowest
upon awaking which helps with ejaculation
control.
offers like buy 1 get 1 free and buy 2 and
get 3 free :)
i have used them and there fine.
Hope this helps.

Here's why you need to be careful when
using these chemicals, and why you should
never use more than the recommended
amount:
be sure you use fish oil capsules with the
most omega-3 percentage you can find
(~75-80%). Capsules with amounts like 30%
contain an extra amount of fatty acid in
place of the omega-3 and are more likely
to cause unwanted side effects and simply
increase the number of capsules you have
to take. Be forewarnd that these capsules
can have side effects including diarrhea,
stomach problems, flatulence, bloating,
nausea, indigestion, and headaches for the
duration of their use. (additionally,
extended use of fish oils may reduce the
body's ability to form blood clots, while
borage oil has a tendency to thin the
blood, and extended use may cause liver
damage; studies show that it may have
cancer-causing properties. There should
be nothing to worry about with the
l-arginine though. ) you might
want to contact a doctor before starting a
program like this, but as always, the
choice is yours.

Thanks for all the input.
Can either of you go into more detail
about what fish oil is best? I have been
label checking online...Epa & dha, is
that what I should be lookin for? By
"omega-3", is that what your referring to?

Yeah, it's the omega-3 that is actually
working for you, not the fatty acid.
