I always get this pain when my penis comes into contact with water. Anyone know what could be causing this? Is it normal?

Normal...No. Do I know what's causing it? No. A little more information might help though.

Did a little bit of research and found out that it might be due to nerve damage. This is neither a confirmation of a gaurentee though.
