Ok I have a canker sore in my mouth. If I gave my boyfriend oral sex, could this turn into herpes?

Doubtful. Canker sores are a form of the herpes virus, but they don't react the same. I too, get canker sores quite a bit. Some people however, like my fiance' never get them! Lucky him! Anyway, you guys should be fine.
