It is possible that maybe she is out of town for the weekend and can't get to a computer. Don't give up so fast, just wait, and if you receive no response after 2 weeks or so, then I would say cut her off. Good luck on that. Also, you don't want to bombard her with emails, so just wait patiently and if it was meant to be, then you will hear back :)
