All right, i've had what looks to be warts on my testicles for years now. I'm a virgin. I've never had vaginal sex (nor has my penis come into direct skin-to-skin contact with another genital area), but i've given oral to two females. I've never received oral either. I'm absolutely baffled as to why/how I could contract an std, if that's what this actually is.

Is it normal for males to get fleshy wart-like growths on the testicles? I have about three larger ones and a few more tiny ones.

I've looked at pictures of people with genital warts, and they all look so much more severe than what I have.

What could this be, other than genital warts?
