I have always had chest pain with my anxiety but in the past few days it has changed kind of. Before I just had just plain old chest pain. I am now having pain in my lower chest and mid back. It hurts when I take in a breath, especially if I take in a deep breath. When this happens which is pretty much all day I am not even in a panic attack so I dont understand it. I am getting kind of scared because it is different than my normal chest pain. Could this be my lungs? I have had them checked like about two months ago and they were fine then. Does anyone else experiance this?
