Im 37 weeks today and my whole stomach hurts. Its like an everlasting painful feeling from my back to the bottom of my stomach and down my legs. This is my first pregnancy and I dont know what contractions feel like yet but does anyone think that I may be in the early stages of labor? Please reply I need someone elses input on it. I've never been through this before and everything feels so uncomfortable I want to scream.

i dont know if i've dialated yet, but to my knowledge... No. I dont have a prenatal appointment for another 2 days

Then that is what it is you are starting to dilate. Yeah it hurts so bad you feel like your whole body is about to hit the floor. My suggestion is take a hot bath and soak. Walking is good to.

i just had my first on sept 9th. The nurse told me if your stomach feels like your forehead then it's a contraction, if not it will feel like your cheek.
