Well its just you know
its almost like im feeling mentally ill at the moment and I dont know wether it has anything to do with grieving, i've been feeling really health forum and abusive and getting depressed and getting this sinking feeling in my chest all the time.

Its really driving me insane and I feel like im gonna go nuts if it goes on any longer.

Does anyone know what this is?

It really sounds to me like you could have panic disorder. I'v had a few panic attacks and that sinking feeling is what I felt right before the attacks hit. You should really read up on anxiety and panic disorder....And talk to your doc. If you ever need to talk, i'm here...

Post partum depression is a possibility even though only 19 weeks. Also traumatic stress disorder. It is a traumatic thing to loose the babys for a lot of women. Maybe see about some anti-anxiety pills for awhile, get from ob gyn possibly--he nows whats happened to you. Or maybe see a psycologist for a minute or two, just until you start feeling better. Could just be da*n ole depression which is also normal in your shoes.

I love you kellie, I am still praying
