Kooma, I was reading what you said and its quite scary if you ask me

kooma, I am also suffering from pe and when reading this.. I have tried all those methods such as "start-stop, masturbating beforehand, and desensitizing creams" and I have also found those methods not to be of any help. Well the desensitizing spray I used actually worked but a little too well, to the point where I couldnt feel anything and my penis went down and my girlfriend was still upset. I am going to give the stop-start method another shot again since I dont think I did it seriously enough the first time and see if that helps at all. But seriously....10 years.....Is there even any hope for me??? :(. Is there any hope at all for ever overcoming premature ejaculation or am I stuck with this horrible problem for life?
I am 19 years of age and I dont want to go through my life with terrible sex.

I was thinking about doing kegels recently but ive looked around and some say it helps pe and some say it causes pe. I dont even know what to believe, and I dont wanna have to wait 10 years for results...Im quite upset...If anybody can give me any advice, reccomendations, suggestions as to any quick fixes that are permanent, or any pills to take or any physicians in the toronto, ontario, canada area that I should go and see. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I have tried the exercises of kegel, annon and semans and they worked for avoid premature ejaculation. Look at http://www.Kegel-annon.Com

they are really simple exercices without having to use drugs.

Masturbating prior to sex is also an easy fix, if your looking for one. But I would definately try the kegels.

Johnson & johnson is developing a pe pill called dapoxetine that's supposed to have had pretty good results so far, its set to release sometime in 2006. It promises an increase to an average of 3 minutes which isn't great but its more than my 45seconds and I think its something we can work with toward learning control. I wouldn't be surprised if better and better meds come out over the years too. They say between 1/3 and 2/3 of men deal with pe so it makes financial sense for companies to develop something to help, they'd make billions, just like viagra, except even more men are affected. To get back to the kegels thing, start-stop got me the 45 seconds I have now, i'll give it that much credit, I started out with as bad of pe as you could imagine. I didn't start kegels until a year ago and didn't start my new routine until a month and a half ago, I think the idea about the muscle really being worked is the key, and because I haven't been doing this in any of my attempted therapies nothing has worked very well. I guess time will tell as always, but look up dapoxetine, science may save us yet.

It is very surprising to find so many people with this problem at the age when they are supposed to be in the pink of their health and the prime of their manhood.

I would say try to do waht you can to fix the problem without using "herbal supplements," but as always, it's up to you.

Im 25 n a virgin (yeah!) and I learned about kegels when I was 23. I was having nearly no sensation during ejaculation then. I logged onto the net and came across advise for kegels. I started doign them nd I guess after about 2-3 weeks of doing them I can say I learnt something for life. I had much much better sensations, almost like I could feel my blood flowin down there. I did them regularly and after a few months I could masturbate for 3-4hrs with about 7-8 awesome orgasms and after it all a superejaculation. If that aint male mutiple orgasms I dont know what is.....
T was near heaven. Believe me I wondered could sex really be better than this??? And I could do this atleast once in 2 days.
Im quite surprised about the negatives surrounding kegels. I havnt had any problems. How I see it is.. Comeon its just another muscle down there. If working out down there is bad... I guess gymming too is bad!

Nowadays my frequency of doing kegels has gone down a bit... And I can feel the difference. I feel not being in total control. But I do try to make up once in a fortnight and boy... It feels great again!

One thing that many kegel-advocacy websites seem to forget to mention is the reverse kegel. From reading pe forums it seems that literally half of men benefity more from regular kegels and the other half seem to benefit more from reverse kegels. I have found that practicing reverse kegles seems to stretch out and loosen the pc muscle, making it less susceptible to premature contractions. I would seriously check them out if you are one of those men that find that regular kegeling only makes you shoot even faster.

I would like to share my two cents

i have recently been having amazing sex (which to me means being able to pleasure my girl for a long, long time)

i had sexual struggles in the past, and I didn't no how to last that long for a period of time, which was very frustrating.

From life and other things i've come to realize a couple things. Most importantly what u beleive is your reality

second if something is not working for you, and hasn't been for a while u better change something, anything instead of just trying harder

usually people don't succeed because they make excuses, or can't get over past emotional problems, for them I would highly recomend something called e.F.T by Dr. Mercola just google it, if this apply's to u.

Actionlove is a valuable site which has given me some good tips on positions for lasting longer, and techniques to practice (anal breathing)

also supps like low dose sjw 5htp rhodiola and fishoils citrulline are def. Pro sexual in my opinion either help last longer and feel better in general

during my recovery from pe I tried telling my self various things like how I can control my orgasm and what not, until I realized orgasm is not something u control, because when u have sex ur goal is not to actually control it, but instead just medical question some girl and feel good about it, and actually ur orgasm should be a mute point, a better idea is to ask your self to learn to delay ejaculation, I think most people will be surprised at how well ur mind tries to do something and takes what u say literally, dont control orgasm, delay it, and focus on your girl's pleasure.

P.S in my experience pc muscles contraction did not help me out, im not sure it did anything to help and probably hurt, the thing is most people beleive that they will get better by doing this crap, (sorry for affending beleivers) but they wonder why they are not getting the results they want and rationalize to themselves they will get better and results will come, not true. That crazy wack from actionlove actually know's his caca, yes he will try to sell u his supplements, (the guy's trying to make a living) but he has some great knowledge, that made me very happy with my sexual skills.

My Struggle This Far

Well here is my struggle so far I hope we can all cure this problem as it does cause so many self esteem issues. I personally can last about 3 minutes the first time and takes about 15-20 the second. But I refuse to have this problem. The sensations during the second times are not there, almost numb going through the motion, until I get close to finishing again.

So far I have tried pc workout, for about 1 month but cannot say I was committed enough. Not certain if I noticed a difference. I also posted on the vip muscle , search for thread. This gave some light but did not occur again in the subsequent weeks. There was something I did which made a big difference. It is counter intuitive but worked. It did not cure of my problem but at least helped. It was from a tantra book in which I was doing the start stop techniques. The author though asked for me to do something I had not done before. Concentrate totally on how it feels. Don't think of anything else, but the feeling. I was like he is crazy, but it worked or rather it helped. I found that we think subconsciously of cumming in relation with that super feeling. As such rather then thinking of anything else, like "ohh I want to,, “ you occupy your brain with that exact feeling before that. This seems to help. It will give that feeling a few more seconds each time. It was only once with the start stop that I reached a small orgasm with no ejaculation and still rock hard erection. I then went on for 10 minutes , it was as if I had already finished and could go on right after. Also the most important thing I found that benefited me the most , breathing. Breathing and being relaxed. The tensing up will almost certainly trigger the response. Notice it, we don't realize it, keep your breathing at a constant deep etc. Then keep re-checking how tense you are, and focus on the feeling at that moment, not the projection of ejaculating. Still a work in progress, but if I could have those mini orgasm with an added 10 minutes at the right time,, that’s it. That one time I was able to stop right before but not at the point of no return, I was doing pc at the time as well.

Also if anyone interested I would be willing to try a group technique or set a schedule of workout, and we can post the results on the forum. I would dedicate about 1-2 months per technique combo etc. If we manage to solve this the safe way, imagine how many others we can help. This group could help me and possibly others, like me, to be more diligent with practice, exercises and so on.

Hi all. I just turned 50 and maybe I need to thank God for this "miracle". I didn't know about Kegels. I just happened onto this solution that works great for me. When I'm having sex and the urge to ejaculate comes, we stop and I tense up pc muscles and most of my body actually and block the mental release of an ejaculation (easier said than done, I know) and while tensing my body it seems some of the ejaculate does release. After 15 or so seconds the event passes and I can continue sex with much less sensitivity, but the final ejaculation is still to come. It's like a mini "warning shot" that releases much of the pressure of the glands (prostate?) that want to "blow". Sometimes I have to repeat it once or twice. Oh, but what a joy to have that sensitivity gone. I can then mount up like a stud and give my wife the strong sex she craves and be in control. It's great. Not sure how this would work with others, younger men in particular.

and i noticed after a few weeks of forcing to cum when masturbating, my erection became weak(i can only have a very hard erection at times when i just wake up from sleeping..but when im making love with a girl i cant have that very hard erection)...i dont have that climax, where your penis would get very hard and your penis gets more sensitive(you fill more ticklish) and then you try to do it faster then you cum..i just jump into cumming...i can even cum without an erection...and i guess my precum juice is more than the usuall people has..

now i have premature ejaculation.....even if my girlfriend now would give me a blow..i still wont have an erection, but i can feel a good feeling..and i always have premature ejaculations...sometimes i dont cum early...but with my penis half erect or not hard...

i guess its because of that penile damage you were talking about...

So after reading all these posts i wondering what the final thoughts are. I am starting to get sexual with this girl and everytime i kiss her or get her even laying on me i leak. Seminal leakage is so embarrising and i think someone said kegels can help this? Can any one tell me how to fix this as quick as possible and help me get over this embarrising topic. Tnnx heaps
