Q: Treatment For Prolonged Depressive Condition

Recently owing to a prolonged depressive condition of my office colleagues was recommended the cymbalta medication. As I being one of his nearest friend as well would ideally like to know if there are any special considerations that are needed to be followed while this medication is being pursued.
