We have tried to become preganet and still have not been successful? I can not figure out how you are suppost to calculate when you are going to ovulate? How many days before or after your nest period? I would like to hear from someone please!

Experienced User
Usually about 14 days before your expected period. If you are regular it would be easy to figure out. If not regular, could always have sex every other day for the whole month and you should have fairly good timing. Hope this helps.

Test Kits
Maybe buy and ovulation test kit? It measures the lh ( a horomone) that your body makes right before you ovulate. The kit comes with seven test strips, kind of like the pregnancy ones. I just bought one and i'm going to start using it, cause i'm so irregular...Recently went off the pill and my body is not bouncing right back!
