This is extremely weird, but it seems the past few days my anus has become extremely tender....It's a bit sore when I wipe, and i'm not sure what this is from?

I know this is going to sound disgusting, but I have extremely bad anxiety and because of that, before I was on medication, my bowel movements were very runny...I rarely ever have any that are runny because my medication has helped my anxiety, could that be a reason why it's sore?
