I have had a disgestive problem for about
a month and a half and have lost 20
pounds. I have had a series of tests
done, ct scan of abdomen, ultrasound,
chest xray, endoscopy, and my hand has
been poked many times from the numerous
blood tests. So far, every test normal,
except fatty liver, enlarged spleen, and
slightly high hemoglobin.
I have a very slight pain just above my
right rib cage, but I have completely lost
my appetite and don't feel like eating or
drinking. Now, when I wake up in the
morning, I feel like I have gerd radiating
up my esophagus causing chest pain and my
throat could almost swell shut, but no
heartburn.
I am worried there is a problem with my
liver or there is something yet to be
found causing these problems.
Gallbladder was ruled out by ct scan and
md and says I don't have symptoms. Gi
doctor said he is concerned about weight
loss and hemoglobin being high. My md
said it was barely high and was because I
have not been drinking as much.
Fatigue has been a real problem and I can
sleep about 12 hours a day.
Does anyone have any similar symptoms or
thoughts on this? I thank you.

Gee,
i just posted a similar story today....I
have been extremely fatigued for the past
three months...And I have chest pains that
are not cardiac, but they take away my
appetite....I have some gastritis.
I am most fatigued, this is affecting me
greatly...Hope your problem is
resolving.

Hi there! Could it be stress? I know
that I get that way too when I am under a
lot of stress and anxiety or depression.
Good luck to you, I do hope they find out
with you soon. We are here for you!

Hi,
thanks for answering so quickly....Could
be....The tough part is that testing shows
nothing...I think there is no clinical
test for stress related reactions that
your body is going thru..
