I have had a hard lump towards the top of my buttcrack (for lack of better word) that has been extremely painful. It is right at the top on the side of one of my buttocks. It is very painful and it hurts to sit down on it wrong. I've waited about a month and it hasn't really gotten any better. I have no idea what it is. Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this or ever heard of it. Thanks.
